Programs for 2010
We have been asked again by the City to provide photography event coverage for several events for 2010.

How it works.
- Find an event you would like to photograph.
- Send an email to Anat Geva-Sharon ltpcevents@lonetreephotoclub.com
- If you are chosen Anat will notify you of the details and who to contact when you get there.
- You do have to be a member of the Lone Tree Photo club. But you do not have to live in Lone Tree to participate.
- Please look at the "photo Assignments" and be sure to get these specific photos
- It is your responsibility to get your photos to the city on a CD which the city will provide you with a CD and a prepaid Mailer (New this year)
- You have 30 days to get them the photos (Sometimes they might need some sooner to get it in a publication)

· Volunteer Packet information outlining:
o medical coverage for volunteers
· $7.00 worth of meal tickets to purchase you meal
· Snacks and refreshments provided
· Name badge supplied (to be returned at completion of event)
· Poncho supplied for inclement weather protection, clearly identifying you as a City Volunteer
· Transport in and out of the venue (when there are golf carts present)
· Designated parking spot at events
· Photographic CD Disks for copying photos onto.
· Paid envelope for posting your photographic disk into the City.
· Byline recognition when your photo is used for any City promotional material, website, or newspaper print article. Please note: City staff do their best to ensure you receive your byline, however, we cannot guarantee this as we do control editing decisions made by the newspaper.
